Everyone has some type of special gift, and is unique in character, ambition and experience. If you think to yourself right now, what is your gift? What is that one thing, or couple of things that you feel you can bring to the world to make it better?

You might be struggling for ideas, and sometimes that happens to people because they view the lives of others and see others as superior. They see others as attaining talents and skills, that they themselves feel they could never achieve. We come up with these limiting thoughts of our own lack because we are trying to replicate the uniqueness of others, and it will always be a never-ending struggle.

We need not replicate others, but find our own uniqueness. We need to let our creativity shine through in everything we do, because it is my honest belief that our creativity is what separates us from others. Our creativity in thought, in what we speak and in our action – nobody will ever be able to replicate that.

So if you’ve come to a point in life when you think someone has achieved a goal that you feel should have been yours and you feel bitter, LET IT GO. LET IT GO. LET IT GO. Why you ask?

If you have an ambition you are working towards and you feel a sense that you should be working towards it deep within, that is God calling you to it.

If you have an ambition you are working towards and you feel a sense that you should be working towards it deep within, that is God calling you to it. No matter what others achieve or what they accomplish God always has something for you. Put God first in everything you do, and let your faith drive you. What’s in store for you or me, we will never know. But, don’t waste your energy feeling bitter about what others are achieving because you think it should have been you.

Your time is better spent in faith rather than in bitterness. Your gifts are your gifts and no matter what anyone else does, they will always be yours. Your challenge is to persevere despite your fears and worries, and you have God alongside you to support you with that. Put God first in everything you do.

Always.
