Friendship is a blessing. Friendship can come in so many forms and each can provide us with invaluable support and stability. When we can find someone or a few people who we can share an emotional connection with it can be an uplifting feeling.
The main benefit that comes out of friendship is the ability to support one another through each other’s personal lows. I know when I share friendship I gain the most from those who listen and encourage me to share my stories.
The other great characteristic of friendship is the guidance aspect. We can sometimes begin to move off track toward our goals and the best friends provide us with the subtle reminder that we should be doing better and can improve. They are open an honest with us which creates a special form of trust. All these things are great in a friendship, but what if we struggle to create friendships?

Friendships are definitely not something that can be forced. They do require some level of common interest and often begin by chance. So how can we increase our chances of finding friendship networks that are beneficial to us? My advice is to surround yourself with people who you believe are better than you at something. Whether that be a particular skill such as coding or someone who is good at communicating.
The only way we improve as people is by surrounding ourselves with those who we deem to be better than us. We need someone to learn from and there is no shame in looking up to others whom we idolise. There comes a special interaction when two people have complimentary strengths and weaknesses. Each is ‘better’ than the other at something so they can each teach each other and learn from each other.
Teaching others is empowering for our self worth and learning from others helps us to become a more rounded person.
Find some friends and grow together.
Always,

Thanks for reading, it definitely does inspire me when others show so much appreciation. Do you have any posts about spiritual growth that you could share. Always looking to learn!

Though I am very much inclined towards spirituality, something that I discovered recently, but haven’t written anything as such other than this one (if you can consider it to be a spiritual post at all :D)
