You might have made a mistake again and you feel so guilty, sick to the stomach almost and you just want the dread that’s overhanging you to surpass. You realise you can’t take back what has been done and you pray that the consequences of your mistakes can be minimised.

The truth is, it doesn’t matter how many times you have failed, as long as you promise to learn each time. Don’t make the same silly mistake again because I guarantee the consequences will be worse. I know it can suck right now, the way you’re feeling, but I promise you everything will sort itself out. Just apologise to those you think you may have hurt and make the promise to never do it again. Take action at your habits and your flaws so that you can change them to make sure that something like this never happens again.

Don’t hate yourself, but be strict with yourself for a little while, until you can learn a better way of expressing yourself and behaving in certain situations. It’s so important to love yourself and forgive yourself because if you don’t it makes it so much harder for others to forgive you.

Just be brave and face the people you may have hurt with an open heart and a mark of sorrow. We all make mistakes! Show repentance to them and be at ease in that fact.

Fail as much as you need, but do not make the same mistakes over and over again.

Always,
